Code Compliance Services is a specialty firm devoted to the resolution of code enforcement issues that affect vacant properties by ensuring that vacant properties are brought back into productive use.  We are composed of two divisions, government services, and asset management solutions. 

Our government services division offers a web based vacant property registration database to local governments that have a need to track vacant properties within their jurisdiction.  This solution allows vacant properties to be registered online, and for any applicable vacant property registration fees to be paid via check, money order or online.  We also offer consulting services to local governments which have enacted or are considering enacting a vacant property registration ordinance.

Our asset management solutions division specializes in servicing investment management companies by identifying and resolving their code enforcement problems associated with vacant properties.  We identify the code enforcement issues that arisen with vacant structures, and offer a complete property management solution which includes the management of local vendors, property managers leasing agents, and realtors in addition to code violation mitigation, vacant property registration compliance, and tenancy solutions.  Our solution is based upon our core philosophy that bringing vacant structures back into productive use is the core of any successful attempt at long term code enforcement resolution.
